(The Wall Street Journal) LONDON (Dow Jones)--Energy giant BP PLC (BP.LN), said Friday that it has agreed to acquire 83% of the Brazilian ethanol and sugar producer Companhia Nacional de Acucar e Alcool for $680 million.
